"The foundation inspection went well, the Golden team was knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions. They finished the foundation inspection and explained the findings, they also explained what to look for and to keep "an eye on".

"The washing machine backed up into the house and the kitchen sink backed up, so we knew we were in some trouble. We called 3 different places to come out and give us an estimate. Bay Coast Plumbing was the only one who really seemed to know what they were doing. One company actually poked holes in our pipes and made the problem worse! Bay Coast came out and dug up a little bit of the yard on the side of the house to see what was going on and found that the pipes were very old and rusted so badly that they were broken in a few places. We decided to go ahead with Bay Coast after getting all the estimates in. It was a little difficult to get in contact with them before the work was started, but once they started the job, everything was excellent. Great customer service. They replanted the hibiscus plants that they had to dig up to work on the pipes and redid the concrete they had to tear up. It actually looked better than it did before!
