"The Owner is very very experienced. He monitors the work closely and check on work multiple times a day. Workers are also very experienced. They got a stucco report and open every site sampled. Some of the areas were clean and/or had treated wood under the stucco. Couple areas had extensive damage. They track back /open up until they got all the damage area exposed and they found the source of water leak. Fix the areas and re-stucco from one seam to another. The work was extensive with changing out of flashings, drain at the balconies and bottom of the house and seal ALL sites including the windows /doors sites at the top of the house and the roof area. Overall felt like the work was done by experienced, old school stucco guys."

From the first meeting Luis provided honest and detailed feedback about the scope of work, options, and pricing. Luis and his team were extremely professional. His team arrived early and worked until dark every day in order to complete my job in a reasonable amount of time. Luis stopped by the job site every day to check the work. He provided pictures and updates throughout. As this was a an existing home, his team was careful to cover up and protect the existing parts of the house from stucco mud. The crew tidied up at the end of each day and then thoroughly cleaned up and hauled off all trash at the end of the project. Last but not least they did an absolutely beautiful job with the stucco."

"Some of the wood on the door frame at the lock was missing. Tony filled it with wood putty and aligned the door. Our door is now sealed and more secure. When he installed the threshold he drilled screw holes in the cement. This was placed between a tile and carpet floor. It gave the floor a nice finished look."

"Eric was very professional and understood what we wanted. We had to change the schedule because we found some problems with the exterior that had to be addressed before it could be finished. Everything needed to be done before the end of June. So, the exterior was completed the first week of June. With us being on the schedule starting June.23rd to do the interior panting and the floors to be completed by June 27th. They neglected to put us on the schedule to have the floors done. But were able to find someone to work through the weekend and have the floors completed by Sunday, June 29th. We had to post pone our company arriving until Tuesday, July 1st so that the floors would be completely ready. We also had to put our furniture back before everyone arrived. 1 month after the exterior was competed, during the July 4th holiday, the exterior paint started peeling up. I texted Eric with a picture and spoke to him on July 8th. He was going to come by and take a look at it, but never got back with me. I also just texted him again on August 11th. We still haven't heard from him. I am disappointed that this issue has not been addressed. Until this issue is resolved, I can not recommend using them.
