"<p>The deck was several years old and had some mold showing up on the north end , Rich's crew, Cameron and Ryan, showed up on time and after explaining just how everything that was involved , preceded to go to work quickly and enthusiastically. Once the deck was cleaned to near perfection, The wait time was needed to allow for proper drying, Unfortunately the  usually dry month of October did not work with us, But once the week long rain finally decided to give us a break and allow the deck to dry. Once Rich , Cameron and myself where convinced that the sun was here to stay , the staining began, and was completed to my satisfaction.
