"My wife and I spent a day going to numerous Granite countertop suppliers in Nashville. The Last stop was MC Granite. Hylton was my salesperson. He answered all of our questions and told us how they operated, then let us walk thru their massive collection of slabs, to chose our granite. He told us how to read the pricing on the slabs. We chose our Granite and left. 
 When we were ready for them to Template our Kitchen, I called Hylton and made the appointment for my template and an install date at the same time. Jeff showed up early and in less than an hour had perfect templates  of our countertops Island and powder Vanity. Hylton called the next day and took a 50% deposit. They called 2 days before my install appointment and said they could come a day early if I wanted. Unfortunately I couldn't take them up on this.  On the scheduled day they showed up early and prcoceeded with the install. They inadvertently made an error cutting my Cooktop opening, rendering that section of granite not useable. I thought to myself"This is gonna take another week to complete now". The installer simply called the shop, they took my template for that section, and cut another piece of granite. In just a couple of hours of the initial mistake, my kitchen was done! These guys were prompt, courteous and very professional. Great Service! Great prices! No I don't work there! But I will shop there again for my Bath remodel!

"This last storm that Nashville experienced with wind, lighting and tornado damage my roof and service mast was struck by lighting damaging my roof. I previously had some repairs done with TCS and was happy with their service so I called them. James Fineman was overwhelmed with work but took time to come to my home on the weekend and estimate my damage and immediately working with my insurance company. They were able to quickly get me scheduled and sent their crew out to replace. Their work crew were hard working and very considerate of clean up and time efficient. I had tile flooring installed last year in my kitchen and noticed how the grout was cracking throughout the kitchen. I called South Gate Home Improvements for an estimate to replace the tile. With a very reasonable estimate I had them to install the new tile.

Prior to him installing my new tile he showed me how the previous contractor did not screw down the backer board but used roofing nails instead which was the reason for my grout cracking. He spent the time correcting the deficiency and installed the new tile. The design I chose called for some precise cuts with the tile. Mr. Perabeau took his time and now I have beautiful solid tile flooring. I highly recommend him for all your remodeling needs."
