Called Tim on a Thursday an said they could do it the next day Friday. Tom came out an completed the project. We are extremely happy with the work he completed for us. We’re happy the a company like Tri State took such a small job for us when others wouldn’t. The cost was right on with no other hidden fees. "Fusion Roofing was punctual for both our appointment for an estimate and also for work. Their quote for high quality shingle was by far the best of the four estimates we received. They were also promptly responded to emails and phone calls. There were a few glitches - ensuring contract had selected shingle color, placement of vents, and the gutter guard sub contractor. However, Fusion responded promptly, appropriately, and patiently to each concern. While it would be nice not to have any challenges, the fact that they were so responsive and quickly rectified each concern was reassuring and the reason we would hire again. It would be hard to beat their pricing and customer responsiveness. It was clear that the number one priority was customer satisfaction."

"Tom was extremely responsive, very kind and talked us through the whole process. His crew were very nice and respectful and they worked hard all day long. Weather delays put us a bit behind but the job was done carefully and correctly and looks incredible. No more leaks and it’s like we got a new house! My only disappointment is tiny and that’s that due to the rain our back deck got a bit muddy and was left in this state- it’s only accessible from the inside so I didn’t really expect them to clean it but one of the workers had mentioned wanting to do so but it didn’t happen. This is me nitpicking on the smallest level. I would 100% recommend Tom to do any exterior project and if we ever end up installing skylights he will be our first call."

"First of all i spoke with a lot of guys that are in this field of work. I feel like its a sales "Cat and mouse " game with them all for the exception of Across town foundation co. They are so laid back what a great feeling  ZERO pressure.  The price was amazing . The work started early and the guys stayed on it hard till the end of the day. After doing my due diligence by securing at least 4 estimates from other companies, he still came out on top, both in price & his professionalism. He had FULL shingles of all colors, unlike some companies that only have sm ones you can't really get a good picture of; I had gone online to the shingle company & used tool to see what would look like on my house also. Turns out my insurance paid for everything in full (totally unexpected as I had 3 layers on), so I was ecstatic all the way around. Owner Gary Brown outstanding in his explanations, super quick installation after initial meeting ( done in 2 days, Sun & Mon, which was Memorial Day!) I definitely recommend him!"
