"I paid for service including estimated amount of paint needed in advance to take advantage of a zero interest offer on my credit card. I was told at the time he had 2 houses in front of mine and would be working on mine within a few weeks. A few weeks go by and i hear nothing so i reach out to him asking for a schedule for the painting. No answers and after several attempts no response. I was ready to cancel the work but had already paid. I called my credit card agency and they suggested a send my request in writing. I then wrote angies list identifying my issue. That was helpful in that they were able to contact the painter and then he would promply call me. He made excuses that it was due to my house something or other...bush in the way...weak wood and brushed it off. "These guys are great. They painted our entire home (two bedrooms,living room,kitchen,dining room). We had them do the wall, doors and ceiling. They were extremely neat while working and took pride in their work and provide a great guarantee. They came back and touched up anything we were not happy with (which was two small almost unnoticed spots). They are fairly priced, did awesome work and are customer focused.
