"A pair of underwear was inadvertently flushed down our toilet thus blocking the outlet. I called Drain & Pump Services about 10AM. The friendly woman who answered said that Joe would come to the house between 2 and 3 that day. Joe arrived promptly at 2PM. He quickly surmised the situation and retrieved the offending item blocking the flush. He then flushed the toilet not once but three times including with paper to make certain the problem was solved. What made this even more incredible was that he at first thought he might have to remove the toilet, reseat it and do other things.
