"I am extremely happy with AJ's service, start to finish. We initially reached out for an estimate at the beginning of 2015. A representative came to our house to explain all the different products as well as pricing and timing. I had reached out to 2 other companies before hand but was not comfortable their high pressure selling. AJ was very patient with us regarding our timing and budget. "We actually got an estimate for the bathroom about 9 months before going ahead with the work.  When Tom came to look at the bathroom again, he stuck to his original estimate.  We added some other jobs that needed to be done, and they charged a fair price for all the extras, with no surprises.  They were courteous and professional, arrived on time and did a great job.  The bathroom is beautiful!  We're waiting for new kitchen cabinets to be delivered, and they will install those as well.  We would recommend All Phases without hesitation.

"The windows were manufactured earlier than we expected and we were promptly contacted about installation. Although we were told the installation was scheduled for two days, the four man crew that arrived was able to finish in a single day! Each window was installed with the same consistency in quality and efficiency. Furthermore, the crew did an excellent job protecting our floors and furnishings in every room. When it comes to evaluating the installation crew, we couldn't be happier. Regarding price, we probably paid more than we should, but that's on us. We advise getting several other quotes first and then get Castle's quote. This will definitely help in your negotiating. The windows have definitely helped to eliminate draftiness in our home and helped to maintain a consistent temperature."
