He was able to schedule a technician to come see me Tuesday noon-2pm, and the tech, Lucky, arrived promptly at noon on that day. The total cost of service was $135 for the visit/labor (including both trips) and $90 for the part. I was happy to pay it for how quickly and easily this repair was.
