Shortly after we selected GA Chott there was a medical situation in our family that caused us to delay the project and they were very understanding and responsive to our needs. When it came time to choose the materials and accessories, Darryll was very incredible helping in guiding our family through our selections, even making recommendations on lower price options that he felt represented better value. My wife had concerns about potential water damage behind some of the walls that weren't being replaced. Darryll told us that water damage in those areas was highly unlikely in the absence of other signs. He said he would be willing to do the extra work but that if it was his bathroom he wouldn't do it, because it would be spending well over a thousand dollars on something that wasn't likely to provide any value. When the time came to start the remodel the workers were extremely professional, courteous, and kept us informed every step of the way. We decided to make a change to how we originally had planned the electrical work which they accommodated without hesitation or additional charge even though it was more work. They finished the remodel two days before the estimate and the results were fantastic. It has been 3 months since the work was completed and have no concerns about the quality of the work. Contacted over 7 bathroom remodelers in the area and only 2 could complete a bathroom install from only a rough in. We were very fortunate to find Bathroom Excellence on Angieâ s list. The crew were very polite, professional and treated this project as if they were working on their own homes. They handled everything from acquiring local builder permits to new plumbing, electric, flooring, dry wall and painting. Jesus did a fantastic job on the muddying and taping of the dry wall which is really a construction art. Worked with Jack on the original bid and contract.
