"Paul was quick to respond to my request. He came out and did an assessment, provided recommendations, and gave me a reasonable estimate. Due to the amount of work he had, he said he would do the job in about a month. Sure enough, a month later he called and said he would be there the next day to start the job. Paul and his son fixed the steps, added the handrail, and power washed the deck. Paul was courteous, hardworking, and easy going. I asked to him to do a couple of other odd jobs while he was there. He was very accommodating and finished those projects too. Paul and his family came back a couple of days later to stain the deck and added the lattice around the deck. "I noticed water dripping from one of my outside faucets when I removed the hose for the winter.  Since the water was filling a 5 gallon bucket rather quickly, I decided that I needed to fix the faucet rather than letting it drip.  Ron and his assistant came to my home on Monday, 10/24/11, and looked at the problem.  He indicated that the leaking faucet needed to be replaced with a frost free one and, because the faucet in the front of the house was the same type of faucet, both should be replaced at the same time.  He arrived on time and worked and was done in 1.5 hours.  I now have two new nondripping outside faucets ready for the winter!"
