The cabinet finish looks like it came off a showroom floor. "Sutton's roofed my ranch house w/attached garage in 2015. I noticed a small water puddle on the garage floor in 2020. The next Monday morning Adam was out to inspect for the source of my problem. He determined that caulk on a vent had lost its seal. He wanted a better caulk than he was carrying on his truck for the repair. He returned after lunch with the right caulk and resealed both garage roof vents. Adam texted me at 2:00 that the repair was complete. I am very pleased with Sutton's standing behind their installation work. In addition to a new roof, the 2015 job as pictured also included windows, doors, siding and interior reconfiguration."
