They did a lot of the field fabrication in my garage and they left the garage cleaner than it was when they arrived. The project cost a little over $26,000, and of course I also had another contractor install a tankless water heater so we could use the walk in tub, I have another less complicated bathroom to remodel and I will be asking Top Tier to provide a quote."

"Discouraged in my search for someone to remodel my bathroom, I stopped by the Re-bath facility in Fenton to ask questions. Angie met me at the door and was very pleasant while she explained the process and the product - no high pressure at all. Impressed by what I saw and heard, I scheduled an appointment for an in-home estimate. Linda was my design consultant. She showed up on time and brought all of her samples with her. We had a great time picking out my products (shower/bath, vanity, countertop, flooring, hardware). Linda had fantastic ideas for my space, and measured accurately. A few days later my product was ordered and approximately 4 to 6 weeks later Angie called with an install date. Brendan was my installer. He showed up on time, was very friendly, organized, detailed and neat. He completed the project in 2 1/2 days. He explained the process as he went and made sure I understood how to properly care for my product. He also communicated very well the timeframe of the process as he proceeded. The finished product exceeded my expectations and as a result, I scheduled an appointment with Linda for my second bathroom remodel. Linda did a great job of coordinating the two bathrooms. We selected the same products, but with a variation of colors. Again, Brendan was my installer and did an amazing job. And mind you he had to carry my product up three flights of stairs! If you are considering a bathroom remodel, I encourage you to consider Re-bath. They are professionals that are comparably priced and offer long-term warranties."

"Perfect job! First time they came out they determined the problem was in the gasline encased in stonework. Recommended getting a stonemason to chip away the rock, expose the line. Lined up the stonemason and phoned Jamison to make the appointment. Owner of company told me he would personally come out at the time of the stonemason to make sure no more stone than necessary removed. He did so. After rock removed, one of Jamison's plumbers came out, replaced the gasline (obstructed w/years of corrosion) and replace the ignition switch, reassembled the burner and ignited the pit. This company has first class workers and know what they are doing! Highly recommend for complicated jobs, such as this one! Thanks!

"Raymond met my wife and I at the Lowe's store in Rolla, MO.  With his assistance and knowledge he was able to guide us to and through the different items we were looking for (ie. shower, tile for the floor, etc.).  The one item we were MOST interested in was the ONYX Collection Shower System.  This system IS more expensive BUT, since installing it we have BOTH been extremely happy!!!  I made the final decdisions on everything but the paint color.  My wife has a better eye for color (I am partially color blind).  Once Raymond and I got started on the project, everything went fairly easy.  The spray insulation held us up for a complete day.  The Toilet, Lavatory, and Right Wall of the Shower were all broke when we opened the shipping boxes ( the Shower Wall and Lavatory were broke at the dealer, NOT at ONYX).  Each had to be reordered.  Raymond, knowing how to rectefy this matter handled the entire situation over his phone and everything was delivered within 6 days and installed within 2 days.  Raymond's attention to detail (the new mirror on the new bathroom door was 1/8 inch out of center and Raymond stayed with it until it was perfect).  One of the job was replumbing the drain pipes for the kitchen and bathroom.  Raymond did this without any problems to include hammer-drilling a 4 1/2" hole in the concrete wall so the 3" pipe would exit underground.  Previously it exited through the wall above ground to the outside and then went verticle underground.  100% of the finish work is BEAUTIFUL!!!!!  The attention to detail is awesome.

Raymond charged us $1,780.00 labor.  We paid him $2,000.00 due to the effort he put into this project."
