"I have looked at sofas at several stores to find a good quality sofa at a reasonable price. At the same time I was searching the web for information about what to look for in a sofa. Design Galleria looked expensive so I went there last. Yes, they do have expensive furniture, but Erick had no problem working within my budget to locate 2 companies that I could (just about!) afford. He was patient with my questions and took as much time as I needed to select the right sized sofa, the style, and the fabrics I liked. In the end I couldn't pick a fabric, so I brought in the whole drape and Erick used his design expertise to help me make the choice. I could have bought a lesser sofa for less, but I think the prices are competitive for the quality and advice you get at Design Galleria. Highly recommended."

"The entire process went extremely well and exceeded my expectations.  I went to the Griffin Electric (GE) website Sunday evening (06/07/15) and received an email from GE (Luis Alvarez) around 7:47 AM Monday morning with appointment info.  Per his email I called back to confirm appointment and he gave me a time of noon to 2:00 pm on the same day.  I did not speak to the ?Service/Dispatcher? but the email was professional and gave me all the pertinent information.  The original service time I was given was between noon and 2:00 pm.   However, the electrician called shortly before 11:00 am and asked if he could arrive early.  I agreed and he arrived around 11:30 am.  His appearance was professional and his truck was clean and orderly.  He solved my initial problem as well as a secondary problem.  Also, because I?ve done some minor electrical work in the past I asked more than a few questions and he took time to address each question in detail.  I?m very satisfied with my first experience with GE. <br />"

"…..Recently, we started the process of interviewing people for our estate sale. The one who stood out the most, was Susanne Burns. When we sat down to interview her, she was prepared with all of her documentation, which included her being licensed, bonded and many recommendations. After evaluating our house, she stated she would takes us on as a new client. Susanne is very upfront and honest. She’s been doing estate sales for over 20+ years and as you get to know her, her expertise comes through. She is willing to work with your needs and even showed up when we had a faulty sensor setting off the burglar alarm. Upon signing her contract, we agreed to a partnership and that everything would now be fifty percent hers. We also agreed to be out of the house for approximately 5 weeks for her to individually research and price each item as well as arrange the house for the sale. At the time, we thought that 5 weeks was a little long and didn’t quite understand why she needed all this time. About a week before the sale, Susanne showed us the website she had for the property and how everything was displayed, with a price tag on every item! Susanne has a huge following and guaranteed a lot of traffic and exposure for the sale. During the sale, she strongly recommended that we did not come by and just let her and her staff do their thing. We put our complete trust in them. We were updated after each day with sales totals. A few days after the three day estate sale, we met with Susanne at the house. As she had stated previously, she verified that the house would be emptied within that week, with all remaining items to be donated to charity and if anything else was left, hauled off in a dumpster. She presented us with a check of the profits and all of the receipts form ever single item sold. Very impressive! Then we were presented with donations slips, and with a breakdown of all the items to be donated. After having a bad experience with an estate sale in the past, I was a little unsure on how this experience was going to turn out. All I can say is to let Susanne take over and do what she does best and you will be very happy with her results! I can’t stop thanking her enough for the whole experience and even my tax person is impressed by her thoroughness! Anthony Madieros"

"This is an upgraded review after an initial 2-star grading. Responsive customer service to issues with the purchase itself made all the difference and allowed me to keep an open mind as I continued into the installation process. Overall, other than a few "they could do this better" items, the quality, the accuracy, the value, the helpful support team, and the easy installation of my 7 motorized solar shades all point to 5 stars. We followed the measuring instructions carefully and received shades that fit each space exactly as I expected. Installation itself was easier than traditional shades using the solid brackets they provided. Questions I had during installation were answered promptly through Chat. The remote control was a bit of a challenge, so be patient if you bought a multi-channel one and have lots of shades in your room. And for some reason they don't tell you this, but you must have a remote for your motorized shades. The app alone isn't enough. Our only minor gripe is that determining how solar shades look at night was just a game of inference. It would be very helpful to have an online tool available to create your own scene, which includes shade color, indoor or outdoor, and time of day. Even samples don't help much more. Still, I'll return to them when it's time to take care of other rooms. We did this project for 2 to 3 thousand dollars less than big box store quoted us. It was a cinch."

"We have one of those TV niches created for newer homes that are typically too small or too big for any store bought furniture. Dan Gwiazdon came out of our house, sat down with us, and designed a cabinet that would match our existing furniture. He offered some design suggestions (such as copying the detail framing of an existing wine cabinet) and listened to our requests (such as adding a channel down the back of the unit for wires). He let us know what could make the piece more expensive to build and helped us make the final decisions. Dan set our expectations on the timeline for delivery and those expectations were either met or exceeded. His team was very communicative and arrived promptly for all appointments. The even took a drawer from the wine cabinet so they could match the stain on the new unit. We feel that the new piece is a great addition to the room!"
