"It didn't go because I was unsure about timing and our plans. Since our plans are so unsettled at this time, I couldn't make definite plans about anything. It seems like our plans and needs change daily. We are talking about a third person moving in with us, he has pets, we are looking at moving to another home in the area, or out of the area, a town away from here or just staying put. "The service rep was quite unprofessional. Appeared a bit unkept, very young- which wouldn't normally matter - but the way the quote was handled was not business appropriate. He immediately said he would have to rip out and remove the entire existing shower without trying to see if he could pinpoint the problem. Other companies gave me several options for fix&repair vs entire removal and replacement - but this guy only gave me complete replacement. Said it couldn't be done any other way. <br />"

"They are honest about things that needed to be done, that he could or could not do. He has a lot going on and so he has to work on bigger project first but that is common. Sometimes if he do not have a big job you cannot really expect to get quick service, that kind of goes for a lot of people.
