"I received my radon results in a timely manner. I did not hire them specifically, (so, I cannot say I would hire them again) the local company contracted them for this service. The home inspector I hired, handled this service for me and included the results in his report."

"Their work is of the highest standard and quality.  Every job they did for my family was well done in a timely fashion.  If it were not for for their "Value pricing" model they would still be our plumbers today.  But they always give you three option a low, with less expensive fixtures, middle, and ultimate.  They warranty their work based on which package you buy, the more expensive the longer warranty on their work.   Many of the fixtures would carry their own warranty.  So I am uncertain as to why, they would warranty their work for different lengths of time.  When we need a toilet replaced quickly when selling our last house, the price was outrageous and they finally agreed to sell me an older model that was just collecting dust in their storage for 300 less than their basic.  They do great work and stand by it, but I would recommend more than one bid if you are going to use them.  I think their business model is geared more toward commercial than residential.  But in all honesty I do not have experience with using them for just minor plumbing repairs. <br />"

"when tech showed up the dryer seemed to be working and heating however it did not when I called, seemed the heating element was cracked creating and off and on working condition. I went ahead to repair the problem by purchasing a new heating element. I was surprised however that the tech expected me to pay in full before he ordered the part and repaired the problem, but I did using my credit card knowing if there was a issue the credit card co. would have my back, The part was order and Alex fixed it as soon as it came in and was great"

"Owner arrived on time for a free bid which was the day after he was contacted.  Written bid remained as he discussed at the site inspection.  Answered questions and explained well and offered recommendations.  Bid accepted in late afternoon, workers arrived next morning and completed job quickly and efficiently; did as I wished, which was a bit non-traditional. <br /> <br />"

"Blake came out to explain the Kinetico  soft water system and how it work better than other units. He was very nice and on time. <br /> Then i told Blake that I always installed the reverse osmosis system my self but the space under the counter was to small. <br /> He showed me the reverse osmosis system that Kinetico offers and that it is the best one and fits under the counter with were little space. So I did a lot of searching on the internet and found out you can't beet the Kintico system. Blake spent time explaining how there system how worked and that it had a 10 year warranty, this makes it a good deal. I have been using the system for over a month now and it is great no more spots on the dishes and soft water showers. And for the reverse osmosis is the best I ever had the coffee is better and the Ice cubes are clear. <br />   The installer were on time also and did a great job installing the units. Then they explained the two system to us. <br />"

FAQs for plumbing installation for a remodel or addition projects in Dolan Springs, AZ

Adding bathroom plumbing to a detached garage starts with the basic line installation cost of $900 to $1,300. On top of this base expense, you'll need to budget for each fixture. A toilet costs  $250 to $550, sinks cost $150 to $800, and a shower or bathtub costs $400 to $1,900. The project will also require ventilation, moisture-resistant materials, and possibly electrical work. Remember that these costs reflect only the plumbing aspects—additional construction, finishing, and permitting expenses will apply to complete a functional bathroom space.

While certain aspects of garage renovation might be suitable for DIY enthusiasts, plumbing installation requires professional expertise. Connecting to water and sewer systems demands specialized knowledge and equipment, and improper installation can result in severe water damage, code violations, and potential health hazards. Most municipalities require permits for plumbing modifications, and these often stipulate that licensed professionals must perform work. Consider limiting your involvement to simpler tasks like painting or basic finishing work.

The timeframe for adding plumbing to a detached garage spans one to three days for the actual plumbing work. However, this represents only the active installation period. The complete project timeline must account for planning, obtaining permits (which can take weeks depending on your locality), coordinating multiple contractors if needed, and addressing any unexpected challenges that arise during installation. Weather conditions can also impact excavation and outdoor connection work.

Adding plumbing to a detached garage will likely increase your property taxes. Tax assessors consider plumbing an improvement that enhances property value and functionality. The specific tax impact varies by location and project scope. Converting a garage into living space with plumbing facilities can trigger significant reassessment in many jurisdictions. Before proceeding with your project, consult your local tax assessor's office to understand the potential tax implications and factor this ongoing expense into your decision-making process.
