Because of some rainy few days, it took a day over expectation which was a big deal. The irrigation is on a timer and works very well. My landscaping has never looked better. "The tree trimming was great!  I love how the open it looks now.  Such a great job was done on that.  Removal of limbs, pretty good job.  As I walked around again after they left I noticed some pieces left here and there in the back yard.  But that part wasn't anything major. Did notice that the machine used to move/remove debris dug up my lawn a little when driving back and forth over it. Clean up was ok.  A little debris was left in the street. I think it was under one of the company's trucks, so I don't think they noticed it.  I only noticed it after they left.  I don't know if they left it open because I was there, but the gate to my back yard was left wide open too.  I did think it was wonderful that when blowing away some of the debris, they took time out to blow out the leaves in my little landscaped areas. I think I will be spending my afternoon or tomorrow morning trying to make the grass look decent.  I did have quite a few leaves on the ground before they started, now most of them look crushed in the grass.  Plus add in little wood chips, and that makes the lawn just look a little messy. Still, all in all, they did a super job on the trees!

"This was a commercial property and they did a great job.  On time and cleaned up after themselves.  We plan to use them to finish the landscaping.

"I had mixed experiences with GreenSeasons. We still use them routinely. They have improved their service. They are in the pest control business and the yard business; landscaping business. They're very good. Their termite service leaves a lot to be desired so we quit using them for that. As far as yard services, they're really good. If I'm here, sometimes I get them to fertilizer my trees and they're very reasonably priced in that and very good, we saw a difference in there when they did the application. I think they're very, very good in the yard and ground. I kind of have a bad experience because I think they were new hires and I had very bad experience with the new hires and then with the getting ti resolved. The resolution was not satisfactory at all. I think that was under their old name which was bout two or three years ago. I know they still have some of the same people working for them back then. They had a Manager that was not responsive, an office worker named Karen, I believe and she was not responsive. I don't know if they've resolved those issues or not but I would go on a year with me to contact them if they agree to all those issues. Their service provider went out, they were supposed to call me because it was an apartment and he didn't call me. He just sat in the driveway probably for an house and then told me he waited for me for an hour and I never showed up. I said, of course I didn't, you didn't call me and told me that you were on the way there. He did that twice and I reported it, they sent me a bill because they said they were here at that time. I actually had all my phone calls in my log so they could see that he did not call. They continue to send me a bill and then send it to a collection agency and I never paid it because I had it documented but we have not had those issues with the ground service. The guy that comes out is very professional and I think it's a different arm of the company. The collection agency was their own company that they were sending it so eventually they resolved it internally. I will use them again for what we're doing."
