"I wish I had had the same experience as the other reviewers. I will say that this company got me scheduled quickly and showed up on time. I was seeing a small amount of water on the floor for an upstairs toilet. He diagnosed the problem in minutes, but then pressured me to replace the toilet rather than repair it He would not provide a written estimate for either repair or replacement - he kept saying he would "write something up" but never did. I was only given a Work Order after the repair because I insisted he provided me with something He was here for less than one hour total replacing two rusted-out toilet bolts. The Work Order reflects anew tank kit, a new flipper, and a new supply line, none of which were replaced. He charged me $400 for replacing the two bolts and then pressured me to pay cash (I did not). He also told me that he provided no guarantee for his repairwork."

Bathroom included: removal of vanity, 2 walls of tile, and mosaic tile floor. Installed heated flooring, vanity, ceramic tile, mirror, backsplash. Excellent work from a good crew. From the beginning, he was open to my questions and preferences, and helped me plan and design cabinets to fit in the existing footprint but far surpassed the functionality of my 1980s cabinets. When it came time to do the demo in October, he and his crew were both friendly and professional, and cleaned up after themselves. I watched them repeatedly do calm and focused problem-solving on the fly, and they finished earlier than we expected. "First of all, I can can do plumbing myself, but it usually involves more than a day or two and multiple trips to one of the big box stores. Since the tub hardware was old and corroded, I didn't want to take a chance of making things worse, so I decided to call in a professional; that the toilet started leaking was a (happy) coincidence for me, so he or she could do that at the same time. I contacted TruPlumbing and Tom was dispatched for the job... he contacted me to set up a time and date for the service call and also gave me a quote and the option to buy my own parts for the job, telling me what was needed, Tom arrived on time and had both jobs completed in a few hours; he was very professional, covered his shoes so as not to track dirt into the house, and explained what all he had done. I would definitely recommend TruPlumbing and will use them in the future."
