"Prompt response via text. Sent pictures of damage and was given ballpark figure to fix it. Came next day and looked at the roof and noticed some other minor work that needed done. Did repair work in the blustery cold conditions which included on and off snow. Got the most significant damage repaired and will return for the minor work when the weather is better. Very personable and honest and explained things well. Overall a great experience!"
