It's a lot of work doing the initial sketch. This varies on the cost of the drawing which we will discuss right away.\n Drawings are usually 175 for 9x12's\n 225 for 11x14's\n 275 for 14x17's\n After this process is done I continue with your art piece sending you photos on line all the way through which many people find a lot of fun. "You should probably add 4-6 weeks to the expected delivery date if you expect to need the "enclosed" hardware. I received the blinds in the estimated time, but it came without the required hardware. I have made 4 calls (at least) over several weeks, but the hardware is nowhere in site. It is clear that SelectBlinds.com is a marketing company only has outsourced all production and fulfillment to third parties and evidently has a difficult time coordinating these type of customer service issue.
