"We called for an estimate to repair what we believed was a leak in our roof. An appointment was made for the a couple days later. Vic arrived promptly. He went into the attic to survey the area where we saw evidence of a leak. He determined that the leak was a result of condensation from uninsulated Freon pipes. He took the time to take multiple pictures of the area and explain what would be needed to fix the issue. He refused to take any compensation for his time. We could easily have wound up with costly roofing repairs had another company simply surmised the damage was from a leak in the roof and had not taken the time to climb into the attic and survey the area. We will definitely call V E Quillen if we need roof repairs in the future."
