"Great communication thought this whole process. My parents leaf removal and lawn look fantastic."

"He did an amazing job installing pet turf in my front yard. It looks great. He was timely and efficient and fair. I would definitely hire him again. I highly recommend."

"We had a serious water heater leak throughout 4 rooms. Rick had the floor dismantled and replaced - better than it had been originally. The original installers had not staggered the planks — he did and the floors look better than ever. Rick and the men who did the work couldn't have been more professional while getting the job done!! So happy with the results that I would definitely hire Rick again for any future work needing to be done!"

"As soon as I emailed them, they responded immediately and answered all of my questions. Once I placed my order they followed up immediately and the service and professionalism was top notch."

"Amazingly well! LS Maintenance provided such great service, so much more than we could have imagined, when we first hired them. They have been very willing to offer advice when requested, to simply do what we want, when we've known what we've wanted, etc. They jump in and help with anything we have needed. We had a VERY big landscaping job at a newly renovated/purchased house, and they have helped us at every step, including doing weekly landscaping "cleanup", like lawn mowing, leaf raking, etc. And every time we have ever called them for anything, they always answer the phone, they always get right back to us, and they've solved the problem. They are simply the best contractor I have ever worked with."

"Our front walkway, steps, and landscaping wall were about 18 years old and needed a lot of work resulting from not-so-great workmanship when it was originally built. Scott and crew made it all look like new, and did the job right. Great attention to detail. In addition, Scott was responsive to calls, showed up when he said he would, and left the entire site clean. He even found and removed debris from an earlier repair done years ago. Professional, dependable, high quality work, and yes--Affordable!"

"Went great. They determined the source of the problem, went to their shop for supplies and returned within an hour with a truckload of gravel to fill the hole. Good guys. Good work. I am already planning another project with them and have referred them to a friend."

"Rony and the Patriot Landscaping and Construction crew are true professionals. Super fast responses and work completion. "Pretty much went 100% as promised/scheduled, results are better than expected. Communication and coordination of project (including with sprinkler installer) went off without a hitch. Front walk installed by their expert looks great, they went above and beyond to make it perfect."
