Unfortunately this was scheduled during the off hours so I paid a premium for the trip. While working on the bath they did note a potential issue which I had them fix up, where the previous installer used the wrong tubes, which were starting to show strain, they picked up replacements while at the store and installed those for me. Also, found the original clog to be roots, suggested a preventative treatment and instructed how to use it. Would use again, but during normal hours."
