The work was performed when he told us it would be and completed very efficiently and effectively. He communicated regularly and advised when unforeseen complications arose (there weren't many but I expected on a 30 year old roof on a 70 year old house there would be some). "I hired Bud for a leaky roof. He was quick and did a great job.. as far as i can tell the leak stopped... however, white sealant was used on my grey metal roof and it looked horrible. Bud stated he would come out and apply some paint on it but its been months and i never heard back from him. Prices seemed a little high as well... but overall good service and got the job done just didn't fully hold up his end of the deal."
