"Work was performed over two visits, as I was flexible to fit into small openings in their schedule. On both visits, Nick Wegner, owner, was present to tell his crew what was required and have them start on the project. Nick initially went into our attic and installed 8 lag type bolts into the perpendicular ceiling joists. The drywall replacement was excellent. My wife and I could not tell where the new drywall started, matching perfectly to the existing drywall. The bathroom fan hood onto the roof and subsequent replacement and hook-up of the fan insulated pipe went well per Nick, but I did not climb on the roof to inspect. Nick did point out that I have some nails popping up out of the shingles and suggested they be pounded back in and then caulked over. I did not rate price as I had no other comparison, but $1,165 seems reasonable and fair."

He helped me navigate the roof process and never once seemed annoyed or pushy when it came to signing the contract or on what I should install. Instead of bashing competitors like so many others do he kept it straight to the facts of what HE would be doing. He went out of his way to help me submit my original roof for warranty because of defective shingles. "This winter our house lost some shingles during a bad wind storm. The resulting hole in the roof created a leak. This caused damage in one of the bedrooms on the second floor. When we contacted roofing companies they pointed out the power lines. They ran very close to the house and had to be moved before any work could be done. Meanwhile the roof continued to leak while causing more damage. We hired Elite Exteriors LLC based on a recommendation through Angie's List, their years in business and price. They immediately sent a man over to temporarily fix the leak with flex seal. I contacted We Energies to move the power lines so the roofers could work. After the power lines were relocated Elite Exteriors came back. They tore off the old roof and replaced with new shingles. They removed and replaced the existing sky light as promised. Our contact man Zach Davis, was very responsive, he returned all of my calls keeping us informed of the job progress. Even though it was winter they did a great job. They cleaned up all debris before leaving. We are very happy with the roof and it looks great."
