"Howard came and looked at the issue and gave me an estimate. Once I contacted him to schedule the appointment, I received an appointment in less than a week. The door sweep was an add-on on that he fixed that same day for one of the doors. The other door we had to research and find an appropriate door sweep. He helped me find the door sweep and it was ordered online. Once it came in, Harold installed within a couple of days. For some reason the first caulk did not work on my shower tile. Harold came back and fixed within one week with a different caulk. This caulk is working fine. I was happy with the service and would definitely use Howard again."

"K&J maintenance (John) has completed numerous construction projects for me over the years. He tore out and installed new bath (to include- tile bath & floor, paint, install cabinets, change plumbing & added electrical outlets. He installed wooden & vertical blinds; repaired & painted walls/trim; installed ceiling fans & light fixtures; fixed & installed carpet; installed storm doors; installed curtain rods. I have used K&J over the years and is the best person for any job. He is very knowledgeable, professional and is priced very reasonable. I recommend him highly for any projects big or small.
