"This review is directed entirely toward the customer service experience I received from Brittany, who answers the phone at Florida State Fence Corp. I initially contacted the company because I needed a section of my fence removed to allow access for a well repair. I was provided a quote for both the removal and the replacement of the fence, paid the invoice in full, and the removal was completed without issue. The problems began when I attempted to schedule the fence replacement. I contacted my representative, Christian, who provided a date and time for the work. That appointment came and went with no arrival and no communication. I called the office and was advised to reach out to Christian directly, which I did. At that time, I also requested a quote for a privacy fence. Christian apologized for the missed appointment and scheduled a second date for both the replacement and the quote.
