Tech showed up on time and ready to work. Rebuilt pulls quickly and knowledgeably. Attempted to flush water heater but too far gone. Showed me work done and patiently listened to and answered all my questions concerning replacement options. Gave me a good deal on new water heater and was available and ready to install same day. Completed the installation cleanly and efficiently. Couldn’t be happier with the experience. Tech (I’m sorry, I don’t remember his name) was professional and courteous and worked efficiently. Prices are fair and their use of a standardized pricing guide eliminated any feeling that they were pricing on the fly. Two thumbs up."

"I called Cass in November 2021. The hot water heater went out the day before Thanksgiving. Richard, the service repairman, came out that day and replaced the heating element. This past week, almost 7 months to the day, no hot water again. Cass was very busy but Richard did make it out in 2 days. It was the heating element again. He replaced it again and mentioned our water was very 'hard'. There was no charge because it was under warranty. I am now planning to have Cass install a new tankless water heater. "I called Ben Franklin at noon on Saturday, and scheduled me for service first thing Sunday morning, but put me on a list if a repairman was available later on Saturday. At 4pm on Saturday I received a call that a repairman (Michael) could come. He arrived in ten minutes. Took a look at the water heater, and after several attempts was able to get the pilot light on. He let it run for about 15 minutes, and then turned it off and on a couple of more times to ensure that it was working properly. Michael was courteous and very informative. We discussed draining the water heater, and the possibility of a water softener. I could not have been more pleased with his work."
