"Very fast and efficient, I had a French drain installed along with a newer sump pump and backup pump that is battery powered so if I lose power can still keep it going. There is a problem with the secondary pump something inside wasn't right (not their fault) but they have been communicative and will come out to fix/replace it for me. Great people ! Steven and Wendell have been very helpful"

"They tried to push for the most expensive solution at $900 x 2 toilets ($1,800) instead of the chosen solution at $299 to repair both toilets. The problem has been fixed and should stay fixed for at least one year. I did think that $299 was a bit steep for the work performed but they were able to come next day when my regular plumber told me I'd have to wait 7 days."

"This was my first time using HomeAdvisor and I could not have been more pleased. I called Rick just before 5pm on a Tuesday when I noticed a significant leak under a bathroom sink. He offered to come by Wednesday morning first thing. He arrived promptly, quickly identified the problem and made the repair, and provided an invoice. He was very professional, neat, and friendly.
