"Kitchen remodel 2024 4/15/2024- 5/21/2024 From our very first meeting, during the design process and through the construction to completion, every person we came into contact with from Benchmark and various subcontractors were professional, polite, knowledgeable and friendly. Lee guided us step by step during the entire process of picking our cabinets, counters, flooring and the design of a custom cat area to accommodate a pet drinking fountain. Ian and his crew did an outstanding job installing the cabinets and the finish work. Any concerns we had were addressed timely and to our satisfaction. All subcontractors (floor, electric, plumbing, and counter tops) were excellent. Any concerns were addressed fully. When Lee and Ian say they want customers 100% satisfied, they mean it and it happens. Thank you Benchmark for our beautiful kitchen!"

"<p>Painted the ceilings after the popcorn was removed. I had the popcorn removed professional in the kitchen, bathroom, and living room. I removed the popcorn myself on the stairway going up to the 2nd floor. The contractor was supposed to mud, sand, and paint the ceilings.</p> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <p>He said he mudded and sanded but the ceilings look terrible. You can see where it SHOULD have been sanded down. There are marks and nicks all over all the ceilings. I am not impressed and not happy at all. "My general contractor recommended Wayne Towle because of work the company had done in previous homes in which he had worked.  After obtaining several bids, we decided to use Wayne Towle as this company seemed comfortable with the scope of the project. The company spent appropriate time up front preparing and protecting the surrounding structures before embarking on the refinishing process.  Our refinisher, Tim, came promptly every morning at 7 am and worked tirelessly throughout the day.  He was pleasant and addressed all of our questions and concerns.  He worked with us to make an intrusive process bearable. The finished project is so beautiful that we do not want to walk on the stairs. <br /> The only hiccough in the process was in the beginning after we had decided to proceed and had signed the contract which delineated the costs .  The owner then sent us another contract that addressed the cost of lead removal and clean-up. I wondered why this was not included in the original estimates of cost; it seemed to be an afterthought. But overall, the workmanship was superior and we are happy."
