It turned out to be a never ending nightmare from the start that left us with pooling water everywhere, mud leaking thru walls and stairs that were falling apart. We hired Classical Pavers to hopefully resolve all our issues, and boy did they deliver. These guys are true landscape engineers! They uprooted the previously installed pavers, flawlessly re-pitched and graded the base, planned for all the possible drainige issues that might come up, and completely cleaned the pavers and property of any remnants of their work. I could not be happier with the professionalism of every level of their services. I would absolutely recommend them, and only use them for any and all future projects."

Ardian was very professional when talking through the options and cost. Ultimately went with a complete redo instead of just repointing, and the work came out great! Some of the prep was completed prior by another contractor 3 years before. John quickly assessed the drainage issues perfectly. We are situated on a hill and we have not had a significant puddle in our driveway yet. He widened our driveway quite a bit and raised the end of our driveway to prevent the waterfall we had before. "Mike and his team are true professionals and is THE TEAM you want doing your project. Mike came to our house on a Sunday (yes, a Sunday) to discuss and perform a walk-thru on our project. Everything felt right- the conversation, the design, just everything. Mike knew exactly what pavers I wanted- he didn't even need to open the Cambridge catalog (but did anyway to make sure we were on the same page). It was like he read my mind. There was also constant communication and quick response too! The day arrives and I am so incredibly excited. The guys showed up and got right to work. By mid-afternoon, the installation was complete and they were cleaning up. It was incredible! This company and everyone that works there are honest, hardworking people that take pride in their work and treat you like you're family. I am very hesitant when it comes to hiring people to do work at my house as I've had a lot of bad luck in the past but Home Improvement and Design have proven to me that good people and companies still exist and I couldn't be happier with my entire experience with them from beginning to end.
