"Mike Sheehan came to give me an estimate for windows on March 25th. He offered the Harvey Tribune windows. He was on time, professional and very detailed. He also spoke to me about insulation as I had a lot of air leaks in my town home. Based on my interaction with him, I pretty much decided that I wanted to use his services. I asked him to send me an estimate as I wanted to get my windows done right away (I had 6 windows and a patio door to replace). He said he would send the quote by the next day, which he did not. I sent him an e-mail about a week later on March 31, and he responded on April 13, apologizing, but that he had a death in the family. He also included the quote, which was incorrect. I requested a correction, which he did and sent the next day, April 14. By then, I had contacted another company, who came and gave me an estimate. I gave Mike the benefit of the doubt and decided to write to him again and asked if they offered a different type of window than what he offered. I also reread the second quote he sent and still noticed an error on my patio door quote. I heard back from him on April 27 (he said my mail went into junk folder), he said he would rework the quote for the different windows; but by then, I went with the other company, whom I rated an A+. I thought about using him for the insulation job, but I decided against it for fear he would leave me in limbo. I could have had my windows installed earlier by the other company had I not waited on him."

"MJA Contracting did a lot of work on my house as stated above from the roof to new windows siding a new deck around my pool cement some exterior doors will changed they did woodwork around my windows and the interior of the house everything was as discussed we knew the prices up front and the time frame that the work would be done. "The installation process went as planned. After the insulation, I expected a follow up to see how things went. After all, that's what happened after they did my window installation. No follow up took place. I gave it a few weeks to see if they would call or come by to see. After waiting I placed a call to address my concerns. The roof installation went fine, but they left debris on the brand new windows they installed along with splashing some black substance on my siding. I guess they expected the rain to wash it all away. They also left large piece of wood in my drive way and nails in my driveway and around my house. I was assured that someone would call me back since the members of the team handling my account was in a meeting. It is now been a week and no call back. That must be a heck of a meeting."
