"Misael was excellent! He always showed up on time, was neat and clean and organized and got all the work done on time. The quality of the work was excellent as well. So he did a complete gut and remodel of the second floor of my house, which included a full bathroom and tub/shower, 3 bedrooms and an office. Paint, stain, new floors, new ceilings and drywall were only a handful of the things he did. Everything came out splendid. I have 4 cats and he was very accommodating as well. I’d 100% recommend him for other jobs and would 100% hire him to come back and do other jobs on my house!"

"Good things can come in small packages! Thanks to Mark and his crew my small 1950's bathroom looks amazing. The bathroom was shrouded in mud tiles on the walls and mosaic tiles on the floor which required extensive demo. His crew stripped it to the studs and turned it into a bathroom that's bright, clean and cheerful. Likewise my small kitchen required much the same demo. With Mark's help and design suggestions I now have a beautiful, spacious kitchen (without having to increase the square footage). My family and friends are blown away by how open and large my small little kitchen suddenly became without actually extending it. We also have a connected breakfast nook in which Mark created an 8' wide pantry closet by breaking through the rear of our garage! Another terrific plan! It was such a pleasure working with Mark and his crew. It became very obvious early on that they strive for perfection and it absolutely shows in their finished product. They made a very comfortable work environment in our home and have become like part of our family as a result. Thank you Mark and your crew Jerry, Daniel, Christian and Robert. Right from providing the quote to completing the project has been exceptional and would highly recommend BAS Mechanicals for any project. Both Sina and Ali were extremely accommodating to the changes we made and in fact provided great ideas. As for the quality of work, we are extremely happy and glad we chose BAS mechanicals. Dedication to work is one of the things that impressed us. One evening both stayed back till 9 pm so that work can be completed for inspection. They were punctual and stuck to the timelines. They were very responsive to my calls/ emails. Overall, I would highly recommend them and in fact already referred them to a few friends of mine. We have plans of remodeling our kitchen and bathroom and am not even going to shop for quotes but would definitely be hiring them for the projects."

"Angelo, of Joseph and Sons, is a consummate professional and his knowledge of various projects is endless. His crew was polite, friendly and clean. We originally started with replacing an old railroad tie wall with natural rocks and a concrete shed pad. We ended up with a large patio, a leveled back yard, an upgrades to various garden beds. He also finished the wall with river stone to reduce future cost and upkeep. The pricing was more then fair. Angelo was great with add on projects, giving me Options and his opinion. He never tried to sell a project and was not pushy. He was very responsive to all our needs. I would highly recommend Joseph and Sons. In fact, we will use him again in the future for other jobs including a kitchen remodel."
