"The sales rep Tim was very professional and patient with me. Throughout the sales process he listened to all my concerns and explained the process from beginning to end. I know that I would have problems with wood replacement and tim made sure to make note of that. During the install there was a miscommunication with the crew and that lead to inadequate wood repair in the beginning. At this point I called the project manager Walter and explained the situation to him. Shortly after Walter came to my house with the field manager Mike and they both did a more thorough inspection of the wood repair and we came to the solution that best fit my home. After the wood repair incident everything went very smoothly. The crew worked very hard and did beautiful work after they took care of the newly installed wood. Overall the experience good. There was a problem but the way the company responded was great and I was very happy with the final outcome of the project."

"I had an excellent experience getting me new windows installed by Window Nation, There was a slight hiccup in getting a call to set the appointment, but when I reached out to them I was contacted immediately. As luck would have it, on the day of my installation we had a lot of snow fall. Paul M. braved the snow and got every window installed, even attempting the slippery roof for a couple of them. Paul was able to find a resolution to the slippery roof issue and got everything taken care of. He also cleaned up everything before he left. Paul was awesome, Window Nation should be proud to have him. We won't fully get to enjoy the windows until the weather warms up, but I am pleased with the service I have received."
