This time Bryan came out and identified we needed a new chimney cap and several bricks were loose. He recommended the repairs and said he would repoint all of the bricks from the roof line up. Still, he made time for several individual customers like my husband and me. My husband has serious health issues. We do our best to ensure that we will have access to our driveway in the event of a medical emergency during a major snow storm. We have a long, very steep hill to navigate. Biddle and his team find time to shovel, snow plow, and salt---much of this is considerably beyond the call of duty. The Biddle Landscaping team do this to help us out. The jobs that pay are the large ones, not ours.  Bret charges us a very reasonable rate, and he shows up when we ask for his help to do a very fine job. We owe him a great deal. He is a hard worker and a kind, generous man who cares about his customers.
