She listened to what we thought we wanted and helped us find the right solution. No other sales rep we met with offered that customer service. "My garage door would not properly open and close, so I checked the list for a reliable service company with a tune up deal.  Chris came out Thursday and checked the door, identifying that it was cracked, causing it to sag in the middle, and the track was warped.  Unfortunately, the bottom two panels were cracked, so a tune up or repair were not possible.  Chris called Andrew who was able to get me a quote on the spot for next day installation.  Tony and Henry came out Friday afternoon and completed the install, ensuring the everything worked properly. They worked quickly and efficiently and let the work site clean of debris and hauled away the old parts.  The price on the door and install was somewhat higher than others I found on-line but the quick turn-around and friendly service even that out.

"What a nice experience to actually have someone pleasant and enthusiastic on the other end of the phone!!  Very professional down to sending me a picture and information about the person that would be visiting my house.  The roof examination was extremely thorough and time was spent explaining all the options.   I can't comment of pricing (good or bad) beyond that they have a preset costing model depending on services which I thought was a great idea and should give customers a good comfort level (shouldn't be suddenly price changes).  Would recommend folks looking for repairs or new roof to give these folks a shot!   
If you are wondering why I did not use them at this time, it is because I didn't use anyone!  Unfortunately I need some serious work done and it makes more sense to replace the whole roof....which I am not in the position to do at the moment.  So temporary fixes have been made to hold things until late spring.
