"My garage door would not properly open and close, so I checked the list for a reliable service company with a tune up deal.  Chris came out Thursday and checked the door, identifying that it was cracked, causing it to sag in the middle, and the track was warped.  Unfortunately, the bottom two panels were cracked, so a tune up or repair were not possible.  Chris called Andrew who was able to get me a quote on the spot for next day installation.  Tony and Henry came out Friday afternoon and completed the install, ensuring the everything worked properly. They worked quickly and efficiently and let the work site clean of debris and hauled away the old parts.  The price on the door and install was somewhat higher than others I found on-line but the quick turn-around and friendly service even that out.

"The work done was excellent. I would hire them again. Only caveat is the price. Angie's list ran a deal for cleaning 20 windows. When the workers got to the house, they counted the windows (they have some formula that they use to include transom windows, French doors, etc.). I wanted all the windows cleaned on the first and second floor. According to their formula, that ended up being an additional 25 windows. The price for those additional windows was almost twice what I paid for the first 20. I went ahead and had the work done and they did a great job. I would use them again, but I would definitely only use them if I could get another deal on Angie's List or some other type of discount. If I had not had those first 20 windows at the special price, the overall price would've been pretty prohibitive."

"What a nice experience to actually have someone pleasant and enthusiastic on the other end of the phone!!  Very professional down to sending me a picture and information about the person that would be visiting my house.  The roof examination was extremely thorough and time was spent explaining all the options.   I can't comment of pricing (good or bad) beyond that they have a preset costing model depending on services which I thought was a great idea and should give customers a good comfort level (shouldn't be suddenly price changes).  Would recommend folks looking for repairs or new roof to give these folks a shot!   
If you are wondering why I did not use them at this time, it is because I didn't use anyone!  Unfortunately I need some serious work done and it makes more sense to replace the whole roof....which I am not in the position to do at the moment.  So temporary fixes have been made to hold things until late spring.
