"The contractor promised to replace step flashing on the chimney and tie each piece of counter flashing into the mortar joint of the chimney. They did not do this. They also promised to leave an extra bundle of shingles for future work, and later said they were unable to do so and would have to order them. I asked to be notified when the shingles were delivered. In the interim, the office manager became hysterical when she repeatedly called me for payment. When they were finally delivered, they charged me a late fee! By this time I was so sick of them I just went ahead and paid just to be rid of them."
