I needed an asphalt surface laid in a difficult area to access up a hill of my property.  He told me it wouldn't be easy but he would get it done.  By the end of a 100 degree day they had finished with a nice smooth surface.  However when it was done I realized there was a miscommunication about the exact dimensions.  I explained my issue and he said he would have his team back the next morning with his team.  I felt bad but he said they weren't done until I was happy.  I really appreciated his emphasis on customer satisfaction.  The next day he was there when he said and by the time they were done I had the exact surface I was hoping for.  Joshua definitely cares about doing the best job possible at a reasonable price and I would recommend him to friends looking for asphalt or concrete service.

"I needed my driveway repaired and resurfaced. Prior to contacting Del Rey, a paving contractor told me the drive had to be completely torn up, re-graded, rock foundation installed, over which two layers of asphalt would be laid. Needless to say, the estimated cost was far more than I could afford. When I contacted Del Rey, Billy he said there was no problem in resurfacing the existing drive and within a week, the job was done at a reasonable price. The only problem was that the morning they started working, the truck delivering the asphalt broke down on the freeway. Instead of postponing the job, Billy got another delivery and then kept his crew working almost until the evening to get the job done as promised."

"It worked out well. I haven't gone up there to check the gutters myself. But they had a crew out, they worked. I think they did a good job. They came out the day after I purchased the Big Deal. I got them to give me an estimate to fix the leaks in the roof, but I thought it was too high, so I went with someone else. They did the job efficiently. They had a lot of guys out here. Very good price. I'm assuming it is done properly. We've had a lot of rain and I don't see any problems. I would use them again if they gave me that good deal. It was a good service, but the prices are high, unless you get a discounted offer through Angie's List. The estimate for the roof was very high. "Matt came to inspect our roof and found another tile that needed to be replaced in addition to the 2 that were already broken. He came the next day to do the job. In addition to replacing the tiles, he fixed other tiles that were previously repaired by another company. He was efficient and did an awesome job. Reasonable price and would use him again for any future jobs."

"This is a multi family  residence, more like an income property. After the use of many years and many cars in and out of the driveway. It had to be repaired someday. These guys came in quick and repaired and sealed the driveway. Took a few days but the final work was great!
