He had to paint EVERYTHING: ceilings, walls, closets, trim, doors.... We replaced ~80% of the flooring with tile and he was able to put in a beautiful medallion! "<strong>  I called for an estimate and they gave me a 2 hour time frame.  The technician was polite and professional but was 20 minutes late. ( after the end of the time frame)   I overlooked it and scheduled the repair.  The same thing happened on the day of the repair with no apologies.   It is a pet peeve of mine and it communicates to me that they think their time is more important than mine. You should be able to make it within a 2 hour time frame.    Time management guys!!  </strong> <br />"

"I was happy with the work they performed and was willing to pay a little bit more then I was expecting. One item they said they could do was to install a magnetic lock and tie it into our computer system. I printed and gave them the schematics which they took with them. After calling them multiple times they did not return any of my calls. I figured they decided not to do the additional work. I don't mind if they don't want to do it but at the very least please just call me and let me know. Lastly, the lock they repaired is giving problems again. I am not sure if I should call again."
