Out of the four companies that came for the inspection of the crawlspace, Steve (the owner) was the only one who found an issue with the wall in the basement. "Overestimated the time to complete an 9 hr job by scheduling a 16 hr window (2 guys x 8 hrs) and charged for 16 hrs regardless. I'd imagine they did the same for the materials, 60 feet of duct needed but they quoted 200. Got the job done, but probably twice the price of what it should have been."
