"Russ was quick to respond and brought various wood samples to the house. After several quotes, and shopping at many flooring stores, we had Russ purchase the wood and perform the install. Russ is very knowledgeable about wood flooring and steered us to the best option and best value. He was dedicated to providing us with a quality installation and went the extra mile to deliver. We accidentally scratched the new flooring when moving furniture into the first completed room. Russ was able to cut and replace the scratched boards. We offered to pay for this extra effort, but Russ declined to charge for the work. We look forward to working with Russ again on some additional rooms!"
