"Julio and his team sanded and refinished about 2,000 sf. of 100-year-old hardwood in our home, as well as adding new flooring to match the old where we had made some changes to the structure. This included some fine detail work. They were fantastic! The crew was punctual, came with a great attitude, and did very clean work. When another contractor drilled a bunch of unnecessary holes in our floors, his crew replaced the boards with matching wood for a reasonable price and it looks good as new. Julio was good at explaining the process and keeping communication open throughout. His recommendations were good, he understood what we were going for and we are very happy with the finished result. His estimate was fair and more affordable than 2 other estimates I had previously gotten from other floor refinishing companies. We scheduled a date for the job to be done 2 weeks later. Rich was a good communicator & answered my questions I had leading up to the job, via emails/texts. Alex (contractor) actually did the floor refinishing, alone & he did a fabulous job refinishing our dining room, living room & 2 closets. The floors are old, white oak and now have new life breathed into them! A hole in one of the closet floors needed to be patched and he did that job very well too. Alex worked 8 hour days and left the house tidy & with as little dust as possible.
