"It is pretty unsettling when you allow a company to create a bunch of holes in your house to install replacement windows. You hope you can trust them to have restored the integrity of your home when they are finished. Sun Home Improvement provided quality replacements windows that were a huge improvement. But what really impressed me was how the company stood behind their product and services. Had two problems. A window had been broken in shipment. It happens. They contacted me and said they had already ordered a replacement to install as soon as it arrives. Second problem was the patio door had a flaw in the glass that was not easy to see but cracked several weeks after installation. I sent them a picture of the crack. They ordered a replacement door and installed it with no hassle. Problems happen. What you want is a company that makes it right when problems come up. Sun Home Improvement is a stand up company that stands behind their work."

"A perfect job from the start (measuring, estimating, quoting), to the end (removal and installation). Because it was a big job, a crew of four removed and installed all 24 windows in one day. We are very pleased with the windows (Pella, Power Symphony, Double Hung), the professional installation and leaving everything clean and neat. After the job was completed, there was nothing left to do, no clean up, no exterior painting, only moving back the furniture and reinstalling the blinds and curtains. We also liked that Power did not take a deposit up front. They required payment in full only after the job was completed to our satisfaction."

"My wife and I purchased 30 Sunrise vinyl windows and a sliding door from Kotch’s Windows-N-More and had them installed in Aug 2017. Our home was built in 1998 and the original wood windows were in need of replacement. Mike Kotch and his team were fantastic! Mike was very knowledgeable and professional and I was pleased that he did not use any high-pressure sales techniques during the bid process. His extensive experience in the windows industry was very evident during our consultation with him. We received 3 different quotes for windows and we found that Mike’s quote (which price-wise fell in the middle of the 3) provided the most value and allowed us to get exactly what we wanted (including a really neat Sunrise sliding glass door with shutters built on the inside of it, and 3 large picture windows that the other competitor said would need to be 6 smaller windows instead of 3). Mike’s installers were also top notch. We were very impressed with the work they did, and the care and attention to detail that they had. (Mike’s installers came highly recommended to us from a few different neighbors of ours, which is one of the main reasons we decided to go with Mike.) The installers consisted of a 2-man crew and they were able to complete our job in 3 days. They did a great job cleaning up too. "The exterior of my house was inspected and repairs were made on existing soft wood.  Preventative caulk was applied to prevent future damage. My stairs were not trimmed out properly when harwood was installed last year (by another contractor) and Wes and team trimmed the landings so they look finished now.  Great job, good price.
