He was 10 minutes early in arriving so he could get the layout and see what he needed to do. He was honest, kind, and very helpful with letting me know how everything was going to work. Once we got to the location he was very respectful and asked where I wanted him to put the truck. He even wiped up the mud that he had tracked in accidentally which was a huge plus for me.
