"Repair Service to Fix Gas Boiler - WM Henderson first sends out a tech who is not familiar with gas boilers and admits there is an issue but does not know how to diagnose it. I had to pay $89 for this. Instead of having the right person come out, I had to to actively call again to get someone else to come out. The 2nd tech diagnosed the issue, but wants to charge me the same $89 that I already paid. - and quotes me $380 for the repair - and has to order the part. I agree and then call back the next day to confirm part is on order - and they tell me the charge is $1,015. I asked to speak to a manager to discuss, and no one is available and no one calls me back. I bought the replacement part from a supply where house (confirming it works with my make/model of boiler) and it cost me $165. I have had other scheduling issues with them as well. Don't use them!!!!!!!!"

The estimator actually listened to what was going on, crawled the attic/basement, took pics, and explained what was leaking vs. undersized. The quote was clear, not the cheapest, not the highest, & they stuck to it. No weird upsells. Install day, they showed up on time, laid down drop cloths, and got right to it. They swapped a few crushed flex runs for rigid metal, sealed every joint with mastic (not just tape), insulated the attic runs, and added a proper return. They also put in balancing dampers so each room could be tweaked. Little touches too: they fixed a wobbly register I forgot to mention and cleaned up as they went. Place looked better when they left. The difference is real. Airflow is stronger but quieter, rooms are finally the same temp, and the system isn?t working as hard. Even the dust in the house seems better. They walked me through everything!"
