"I am so pleased with my home improvements done by JP Construction! They replaced crumbling siding with Hardie plank and painted the exterior. They power washed our limestone and it looks like new. They basically rebuilt our exterior fireplace as much of the interior wood was rotted. They relocated our master bath window, installed a new one, and replaced our patio door with one we'd bought, all in conjunction with the siding and painting work! It was almost seamless. I got bids from 4 companies and JP was very competitive. He came out and discussed the work, educating us in the process. The project manager Mike scheduled our work and was quick to respond to my calls or emails. I cannot say enough good things about the hard- working crew led by Carlos! The crew of 4 or 5 worked quickly and did an excellent, thorough and quality job. They came back every day until it was done. I love how it all turned out. I would absolutely use them again! For example, when he built my stairs for my back porch, I told him they were only going to be temporary, but he explained to me, no matter if it’s temporary or permanent, safety is the main Priority. He also built them to my specifications with only a 5 inch rise instead of the standard 7 inch rise, which makes it much easier for me to be able to get up and down my steps. He and his team also did my vaulted ceilings, all my window frames, baseboards and anywhere else that needed trim work, etc. excellent excellent work."

The bid was very reasonable, and Roland made a number of suggestions that improved on our ideas for the project, like using a sliding glass door instead of swinging doors. The work was done in a timely manner, and all the crews did a great job and cleaned up after themselves. Roland is very attentive to the details, communicates well, and is easy to get along with. Miguel & crew painted the entire exterior of my house, while repairing/replacing gutters, trim, siding, etc. I feel like I live in a castle now because it was so well done! Very professional & accommodating! (Also very quiet & clean up daily which is huge!) You may have to wait a bit to get started because he is extremely busy but I can promise, he is DEFINITELY worth waiting for!!"
