"The tree grinder person seemed to be grumpy when I tried to show him what stumps needed to be removed. I was told that he knew what to do and so I let him do his job. Unfortunately he only grinded 90% of all the stumps in the backyard per contract before he shut down the equipment. I had to request him to remove the stumps I could see since by now the yard was covered with shredded wood. I spent several days following to clear the remaining stumps. The tree trimmers, however, did a great job. I'd recommend them to others."

"Only bidder to send me an email quote and copy of insurance as promised. Set the day and time. Were two hours late from the original time , but gave me ample notice of the delay. A three man crew who had an excellent understanding of what we needed considering the time of year , Texas heat, and types of trees involved. They were attentive to our personal wants but also intuited better than we did what additional work needed to be done. The ten trees, including live oak, cedar elm, and Chinese tallow were professionally trimmed. Job took about 3 hours. Site was impeccably cleaned up.. We highly recommend New Day Tree Service."

"GREAT. I HAD INSTALLED GUTTERS WITH GRILLS AFTER HAVING A METAL ROOF INSTALLED. HAD TONS OF OAK TREES DROPPING LEAVES SO I THOUGHT I'D BETTER GET THE GUTTERS CLEANED. THE TECHNICIAN WAS VERY COOL, DID THE WORK, AND TOLD ME THAT ALL WAS WELL AND THAT I DIDN'T HAVE ANY LEAVES, ONLY A LITTLE SAND. HE ADVISED ME THAT I PROBABLY WOULD NOT NEED TO CLEAN THEM EVER, UNLESS THEY WERE NOT DRAINING, DUE TO THE GRATES AND THE METAL ROOF. WORK WAS DONE IN 20 MINUTES!"
