He was here checking on the work daily to make sure everything ran smoothly which is rare for a contractor as usually they just come a few times during the process. Everything is beautiful and he went to extra mile to shop with me for the flooring tiles, quartz countertops, cabinets and sink. I'm super picky as an artist / former fashion designer and he was able to help me create exactly what I had designed. He had great ideas such as adding a waterfall edge to the quartz countertop and a window sill piece from quartz as well. This project was a complete gut and rebuild due to a dishwasher leak - homeowner's insurance claim. I was having issues with my insurance and David went above and beyond to help me navigate the insurance issues so we could complete the project. He is always very prompt and organized. Some of the other contractors that I had previously contacted could not even be bothered to give me a call back or show up on time to a scheduled appointment but David was able to meet with me right away and always notified me of the work schedules. Pricing was reasonable and in line with other estimates I received."

"The team at Cabinet Refresh was terrific, from the original estimating process through the finished kitchen and family room cabinet painting project. This was a kitchen upgrade with all new, high-end appliances. I wanted to change the look and feel after 20 years and increase the home’s value. At all levels there was honesty, trust and great communication. Carol did the estimate and was welcoming in answering all my questions and providing suggestions when needed. She made me comfortable knowing that they could do all I was rfequesting, including making a custom panel for my new Sub Zero that matched my existing cabinetry. Armondo and Melvin were always on time, neat and with a can-do attitude when little things came up. It was a pleasure having them in my home. I would use that team again without question! And for the cabinetry work, there is nobody better than Julio. New door hinges installed to perfection, new pulls aligned the way they should be and a terrific mounting of the custom Sub Zero panels. Everyone loves the new look. For my next project Cabinet Refresh will be the only ones I call."

"Where to begin? My seemingly tiny kitchen was a 1969 disaster, with no upgrades other than repeated paint jobs. There was very little storage space and totally unusable seating space. I’m so glad I found G&L Cabinets on Angi! I had several other outfits come and give me estimates but they all seemed to have their own agenda about what I needed. I went with G&L because they could do what I needed within my budget and George listened to my ideas and incorporated them as well as suggesting some needed changes. The newly installed cabinets, , crown molding, granite, and subway tile back splash is gorgeous and far exceeded my expectations. "It was such a pleasure to have Robert and his son Robert help me mount two huge televisions on the wall. They were not just great at their job, but they were amazing people overall. They were kind, friendly, respectful, and helpful. Things that I didn’t hire them to do, they offered to do it for me. Examples like cutting the TV box for us, cleaning the area, and so forth. Moreover, besides being professional and good at their job, they took their time to make sure that everything was perfect to my liking. I appreciate how they are willing to help me to the fullest. Such people like them are hard to come by nowadays. My family and I are glad to have met them through this project. We also learned that they do many other jobs as well. We will call for them again in the future if we need any other help. All in all, I highly recommend Robert and his son if you want great service. You won’t regret it."

"Easy communication. I needed a bathroom exhaust fan installed where there is no attic access. The project included wiring and ductwork to the exterior as well as drywall removal and repair, and then finishing everything beautifully. The two-man team of Vasquez did as instructed and also fixed some old shoddy work that was in the way of the new duct and wiring. They used good materials and did good work at a good price. They were also very respectful of my home, keeping the mess contained and cleaning up after. I would hire again."
