"Nick and his team are professional and good communicators and did a good job removing brick tile from our kitchen. The cost was $1000 and he and another guy completed the work in less than four hours. Doing the math, that is being very well paid per hour of work especially considering there were no cost for materials. Note: he originally quoted me $2000 and said it would be 3 men 8hours. After the floor removal I had him quote floor leveling and tile installation. His quote was $1250 more than another local company. I hold no ill will for his self-advocating and getting the most money he can for his work, and I hope the same respect is returned with the warning that he comes at high price compared to other options in our area."

"The professionals of Krumlauf Floors were an answer to a prayer. I needed a tight timeframe turnaround on the installation of a hardware floor to provide a safer walking surface upon my husband's return from a Rehab Hospital. Krumlauf Floors came through in a way that was prompt, courteous, and proficient. I would recommend them and use them again."

"Exactly how the coordinator, Ed, explained. Installers were professional and did an excellent job. They moved furniture and cleaned up. Floors are beautiful. Would highly recommend"

"Joel is super friendly and provides great customer service. The one issue I encountered was that his team rushed at the end of the day to complete the install. This was evident by the quality of work in the last room. Joel had his team come back out to remedy the problems."

"Our bathtub was leaking and the floor was dipping. John the representative was wonderful to work with. In 2 weeks Matt the installer came out and removed our cast iron tub. He repaired the plumbing, put in a new subfloor and installed a walk in shower. He was a hard worker and answered any questions we had. Our bathroom looks beautiful! We are very happy. And there is a lifetime warranty!"

"The construction of my basement was done professionally. We worked together to design a beautiful room. The new addition looks great. I would recommend this team."

"Excellent customer service and installation of wood floors. Footprints kept me informed before, during and after. The installation crew did an outstanding job and our wood floors turn out so beautiful."

"Organizing the quote was simple and quick - the estimate was received at the same time as the company visited the home the first time. Scheduling was straightforward. Within 3 weeks of accepting the quote, work started. The crew was respectful, as quiet as is possible when removing an old backsplash, and exceptionally hardworking. Our backsplash was done beautifully in about 7 hours. Owner checked in on the work once during the day, and followed up a few days after was completed to ensure we were happy with the job. I will definitely consider them again for future projects. This company was not the lowest quote, but was close to it."

"We were in need of a finish carpenter to install doors, install finish trim around the doors and windows as well as install unfinished hardwood floors in a bedroom addition. We could not have been more satisfied with the work that Brian and his son, Toby did. The quality of their work was outstanding and both of them were professional, prompt and hard workers. I have pretty high expectations and the finished product actually exceeded what I was hoping for. I plan to use them again when I need additional work done."

"When I originally contacted Bill, he indicated he was booked for 2-3 weeks but would get to me when he was available. I sent him pictures of the work area on 6/1 for an estimate, and he contacted me later that same day indicating he had a cancellation and could work me in on Wednesday morning. Arrived on schedule and did a nice job replacing the section of subfloor, making sure it was flush with existing floor. They cleaned up both inside and out before leaving. I felt the price was very reasonable."
