Our neighbor has a 7 year old fence and theirs looks way nicer than ours. The owner has not tried to resolve after multiple attempts. In addition, he had his crew sledge hammer a fence post next to our house and has destroyed our Hardy Board Siding. But after I had lined him up for the work and sent a deposit, he arrived the morning of the work and told me he is generally retired and doesn't do the work himself. He then told me that the person he had lined up to actually do the work had decided that he didn't want to work on the project. That put me in a real bind from a timing perspective."
